- Pawtucket beat Lehigh Valley 5-2 yesterday. Sloppy play by Lehigh, 3 errors and a combined 9 walks by pitchers contributed to the PawSox win.
- Portland defeated Binghamton 12-4 using 18 hits to slug their way to victory. Josh Reddick continued his hot start going 2-5 with 2 runs scored. Lars Anderson went 4-6 with a double and Jorge Jimenez went 4-5 including a 3-run homer. Felix Doubront got the win allowing 5 hits and 2 runs in 5 innings of work.
- Salem won 7-4 over Frederick. First baseman Michael Jones went 3-3 with a homerun. Zak Farkes hit a 3-run blast with 2 outs, part of a 5 run 8th inning for Salem.
- Greenville fell to Greensboro 4-3 yesterday. Anthony Rizzo collected 2 doubles and 1 run in the losing effort.
