- Pawtucket won 4-2 last night against Rochester. Sox phenom Michael Bowden got the start throwing 4 innings allowing just 1 run while striking out 3. Daniel Bard picked up his 2nd save of the year throwing the final 2 innings without allowing a hit.
- Portland dropped a game to New Britain 6-3. Josh Reddick went 2-4 with a double. Lars Anderson went 0-4, dropping his average to .207 on the young season.
- Salem cruised to a 12-4 win yesterday over Potomac. Ryan Kalish went 2-3 with a homer, 2 rbi, and 4 runs scored. Jason Place went 3-5 with a double, 2 rbi, and 3 runs scored. Louis Exposito went 2-5 with 3 rbi as well.
- Greenville lost 8-0 to Hickory yesterday. The line bright spot was Michael Almanzar, a promising third baseman, went 2-4 with a double.
